Dieser Kaffee stammt von zwei Farmen in Huila: der Finca El Diviso, die von Nestor Lasso und seiner Familie geführt wird, und der Finca Las Flores, die von Johan Vergara und der Familie Vergara geführt wird.
El Diviso liegt auf 1.780–1.900 Metern über dem Meeresspiegel, während Las Flores auf 1.700–1.790 Metern liegt. Beide Farmen konzentrieren sich auf experimentelle Verarbeitungsmethoden und bauen verschiedene Sorten an.
Diese Partie ist eine Mischung aus Tabi- und Yellow Colombia-Sorten. Sie durchläuft einen zweistufigen Fermentationsprozess: eine anfängliche aerobe Phase, gefolgt von anaerober Fermentation unter Wasser, um die Aromen von Steinobst hervorzuheben.
Nach der Fermentation wird der Kaffee mit heißem und kaltem Wasser abgeschreckt, um das Geschmacksprofil zu erhalten.
